In order to maintain investor interest and support price discovery, listed corporations, particulary small cap speculative mining exploration companies, must disseminate news, reports, results and intentions on a timely basis. No news is bad news to a junior miner inasmuch as interest wanes very quickly, putting undo pressure on stock price. While this might be good for those who like to "buy low", it stinks for someone who just "bought the story". Without the investor, small cap miners do not need to think about good ground and how to explore it. Over the years there have been many questinable professionals who have abused public trust and subsequently have made it extremely difficult for reputable firms to solicit funding. It is refreshing to see a management team who understand the importance of good communications. However, even the most diligent can use a little nudging uopn occasion to "update" investors when expected news is late in coming.
