IMHO: This company is using good methodology but has decided to "stretch dollars" and go cautious and slow. Plus they hope to pull a deal together with HBM but this seems to be dragging along with no progress reports?
Looking iffy at this point and the share price drift lower confirms.
I'm still hopeful but progress (and number of drill rigs) is weak.
