I have been thinking that the current management team does not appear to be moving this along, even at a snails pace.

RCR has not had a problem doing this whats the deal with VMS

RCR has some nice properties but so does VMS. Perhaps they need to partner withsomeone not named HBM and get this going or sell to someone else so that I can buy some of that company and still get some of what I really think is a good property.

The clock has been ticking, but maybe it needs to wound up again by the shareholders!!
