Greetings VMS shareholders.As I understand it,HBM has approx $800M to invest in companies of interest,or to JV with some.I don't believe they will do a take over of VMS,because of the 113,618M shares At $1.00 a share ,that would amount to almost a 16% investment.So IMO it will not be a take over,but,if anything,they MAY become a JVP.Again JMO.I'm not a basher just a frustrated shareholder.Cheers MF
