I understand that VMS' share price dropped on rising copper inventories in combination with a lower copper price, but I still can not figure out why the share price does not rise under current conditions, with a rising copper price and -slowly- declining inventories.

What are the uncertanties for investors? Is it the fact they are still not drilling or possibly the uncertainty regarding cooperation with Hudbay? What do you think??
