It would make sense, however, how would anyone even try to guess at the time frame for the shift from over stock inventory to sudden demand?

Seems to me that could take awhile - sure they are cutting production - but that is because it is too expensive to store. So, inventories must be at their maximum or they wouldn't cut production.

Now, if we knew how much inventory there is, and how long that might take to chew through, along with growth we might have a better understanding of time frame.

I am lost on this, but the fundamentals are correct - it is just a matter of time.
