Surely we're not all beaten down. I have a ton of shares and am deeply underwater on this one. As long as you are breathing there is hope.

Check out the base metal prices. Still basically holding up well. Could someone explain to me how a strong US dollar will keep the price of commodities down. All that will happen is that instead of buying commodities as a hedge against the US dollar decline(speculation) people will buy them because they need the commodity and they are cheaper with a strong US dollar (good for canadian miners), good old supply and demand.

USA is the largest debtor and China is the largest creditor. When was the last time you went into a bank for a loan and told them how things are going to work. This is China's doing so they can actually buy something with the Trillion US dollars they have.

Any thoughts out there?
