I have been through few spin-offs with different companies and always made some money, like it that way, I am here to make money. BTW every spin-off usually implies shares for shareholders of record and I really don't see why this just custom should be skipped. If it is my, send it here and I will manage it and probably better than most companies doing it for me.vila
