Just spoke with Keith and his comment was that they would proceed with the most cost effective way. When pressed for an answer on SH holding shares in the new company he stated that a format has yet to be determined. But, that even if shareholders were not granted shares they would still benefit from any discoveries in the new company. Then started using catch phrases like "it will be a win-win for everyone". The tone and numerous references as to how the SH would benefit even if they did not own shares leads me to think that we will not be getting shares in this new company. Just my opinion as all my observations are of a subjective nature.

See if you can get a clearer answer. I believe that is what these boards are went for, clear and open discussion. My temperment has not changed as Bamako has suggested, only the copanies vagueness has increased.
