I will confirm it with the company myself as I picked the little ditty of not getting shares for the new Ni company from the net. I will get back to the forum when I do. Still seems strange to go for more financing/dilution if the kitty is as large as they say it is. Also, why hasn't a plan been proposed/released to let the SH know what VMS intentions are exactly. Her is a quote from the June 12/08 NR:

"As proposed, the relevant properties would be transferred to a new company which would carry out an IPO and seek to list separately on the TSX Venture Exchange, with VMS as the largest shareholder of the new company."

Sure doesn't sound like VMS SH will be getting any shares of the new Ni company. Just vicariously through VMS.

I agree that the results thus far are great bordering on spectacular. Absolutely no worries with how VMS has progressed thus far as a copper play.
