gold in VMS deposits?

I know there was some disappointment in the holes 35-36 gold levels as some were hoping for a couple of grams/ton.
I have seen statements that good gold levels are often associated with VMS deposits. Can anyone give us a general overview on this? Are there certain types of VMS deposits that carry more gold? Are we more likely to hit gold in certain spots in the discovery area?
