I'm not sure that the Manitoba work was the result of the spinoff? I thought the current work (and value) is more the result of the timely financing obtained by VMS and the hole #2 discovery? Perhaps I'm underestimating the impact of the spinoff in the financing?

Yes it is good to see some progress with HVG but value there has yet to be realized.
