If HBM was into buying out companies earily... They would have bought out CAA about a yeat ago when it was trading at .70.... Now they are in court fighting with CAA regarding their royalty cmmittment and lack of disclosure.



Last year CAA had a market cap in the 30 million range... now they are paying them about 12 to 15 million a year in royalty....Pretty smart hey...!





Don't expect HBM to come to the table earily.... They will wait till someone else makes a more on VMS before they strike..JMHO
