Thanks freedom, we have 13.5 M with GMP and nearly 9.6 M COMMON shares with management.

GMP owns more out of the PP, but this means that nearly 23% of O/S will not sell even at double the current SP.

Management will in TO end of this month and next month in Vancover, so I wonder how many cheap shares will be available by that time.

Watch out for a nice spring, if the market does not fall apart (the Media BS).
