I am with you on this one MMN...sometimes inexperience investors getting confussed and scared when they see few shares been sold by insiders, without realising that those same insiders have bags full of warrents and options to be exersized with specific dates of expire...My advise would be not to look that closelly at who is selling or buying at this stage of VMS's development, as is not really in my opinion connected to the fundamentals and the future of VMS, but most likely to paying few bills here and there...Think about it for a bit - if you'd have had 1-1.5 mil. shares wouldn't you sell few hundred of it, so you can finaly get paid?
Just in my opinion and as MMN said, buy hold or sell is all up to you...it's your money after all.
