I'm sure Dean's is in as much utter-dismay as we are, he's 2for2 now, giggle but nobody could have known this; well sombody did at .37 imvho. 

I have app 12grand here and many have much nuch more so I'm hoping it's an out to let someone come in and take-over somehow or another.

C-13 would bee the better offer IMO. Maybe that's where it'l end-up.
