It appears there wer some legal obligations they were unaware of in the old sec litigation that crept up on them and they owe back pay on a onging claim which may still be acruing a ballance; must be something huge and above the 600k stated to cause them to file chapter 11.

the 'pure play' imo is still there, we wer just getn legs when this hit... 93 employees is bunch.
