So we are just over two years out and we are entering the ramp phase with over 26 new design wins under their belts.  And while we have significantly more shares outstanding, the company remains debt free as revenues are expected to accelerate.

I think things look pretty good on the business plan and the execution on that business plan.

Also, at the time of the acquisition two years ago there was no clue that a FOXCONN-GIS deal would solidify so quickly.  UNXL could be on the global stage in relatively short order.  Hopefully more GIS like partnerships are being planned and will surface later this year.  At this point I am so glad the Hawthorne era came to be.  Now it's time to perform.
