FWIW to me this GIS deal seems to be separate from the deal proposed in the MOU from January because it emphasizes flexible.  If that is the case, the MOU deal is still probably still possible as are other partnerships that have been referenced by the company where Jeff said they would not grant exclusives.  The company has stated that there are two other possible partnerships that are in discussions.  Maybe there are more?
