Why would they lower the exercise price for the warrants to 35 cents in order to raise $5+ million over the next couple months if they were just going to turn around and accept an offer the size you heard?  Also, why would they have bothered to grant Jeff and Christine large stock options that vest every quarter over the next three years if a sale was eminent?  Wait and see.
