It could be--we could hear more tomorrow afternoon or on the 18th--we also could hear more about the "other" entity that Jeff is dealing CEO to CEO with for partnering.  Should entity #2 step up and sign a deal with Unxl, then GIS could feel more pressure to not get left out.  There is also a 3rd company with which talks are on going and none of the deals would be exclusive, Unxl could do 1, 2, or all 3.  Of course they could also do 0.  We shall see.
