Do not get me wrong, I am not pleased with what is happening, HOWEVER, this company has really been in existance for two years, since they purchased the Atmel patents in April of 2015.  What happened prior to that under the former CEO has very little if anything to do with what Unxl is doing today.  I am long and do not like it when the stock goes down, but it could be a mistake to assume that those that are selling today "know something" or are necessarily right.
