I believe you are right on.  I believe that the last 10 million money raise was a signal to GIS that we do not need your money and will not change the terms of the deal that took 7 months to negotiate in the first place and others or they would love to acquire UNXL soon on the cheap because in the not too distant future it will be much more expensive.   The sooner they can get to breakeven or positive cash flow the sooner the parasites will be defeated.
