Christine Russel said that they expect to produce $21 to $24 million in revenues annually based on the current business in the pipeline. In the Q&A someone asked her what the capability of the current facility is and she said $50-$60 million, so they are approaching 50% capacity at the current facility. Also said they have 3 lines but are only using 2 right now. IF the GIS deal goes through they need that extra line to teach their people to do the process. Not using the third line is potentially costing Unxl money which is partly why GIS said they would pay Unxl $6 million. Once the lessons are over that frees up the third line for us to use. GIS seemingly wants this tech soon because Unxl no way has the capacity to manufacture in the volumes that they require. Also, as part of the new deal with Atmel regarding GIS we are paying them 5.7% of cost with a maximum annual fee payment of @$13 million after which we do not owe them more money for that year. $13 million in fees is 5.7% of $228 million. Good to know that if they surpass $228 million we no longer pay commissions for that year--LOL.
