Makes you wonder why they stated, in January, that the finalization of the GIS MOU would be just weeks out.

We will be more than two months out by the day of the call.

Finalizing that deal would be extremely bullish, while the opposite would likely be viewed negatively.

Being that they are now stating they are one of three metal mesh producers left, one would have to think they are an attractive partner, expecially for foreign interests.
