No 8K on the partnership yet, however this definitely looks like some necessary clarifications prior to completing the agreement.  They separated the GIS deal from all other deals, Atmel gets a 5.7 percent fee on all GIS deals with an annual cap of $13,250,000 in FEES if I am reading this right.  That works back to potentially a big number in value of sales before this thing tops out--no?
