The anwser to your question is that we do not know because this contract is independent of the agreement between ATMEL and UNXK. In other words, UNXL has now or intent to have an agreement with GIS which ATMEL does not have to know. But since the patent belongs to ATMEL, she also wants a % of the action. This it is agreed to be 5.4% of the cost of GIS. Clearly UNXL should be making far more but we do not know this %. At any rate GIS is very optimistic as to how it will be producing which is more than what would give ATMEL 13.5M or, it could also be at least 13.5M regardless of what its cost will be.
