Why the need for more cash so soon after last month's capital raise?

Either they are trying to beat bad news to market and acquire cash because deals fell through OR they received large orders and/or need for expansion.

The ramp has nothing to do with the GIS deal, so that likely remains on the menu. The GIS time table is soon, so hopefully fireworks are on the agenda.

Exciting times maybe.
