Yes, I believe they lease the facility with options to extend, but the "plant" itself, and what it produces, for all intent and purposes, is theirs, as I understand it.

They could always move their facility if they found it more advantageous or negotiate to buy it out, however, I doubt Microchip would want to lose its tenant.
