I'm guessing those in the equity financing deal are now positioned and are awaiting the formal announcement of the GIS deal being finalized before jumping back in. They are now positioned low.
Given the plant is operating at only about 15% of capacity, there looks to be a lot of room for the coming ramp to explode. And as GIS's intentions gel and are shared throughout the investment community, we should see the buying resume.
These are billion dollar global giants and a mere 45 M shares outstanding company selling under $2/share should be significantly impacted.
This is looking more and more like a buyout scenario. What's the exit price? What is the patent portfolio worth? How stellar is XTOUCH with Diamond guard? What is a US based manufacturing site mean to an Asian company in a Trump administration? What are 28 design wins worth? What's a break even point of only $32M/year mean for projections for profitability?
I don't know, $10, $20, $30/share?
