UNXL dissolved the KODAK relationship and acquired atml, their tech, products, manufacturing plant and customer list.

They have, as promised, streamlined and brought, in-house, all manufacturing processes at a lower cost basis.

They have created and refined an even better touch screen solution, now branded XTOUCH with Diamond Guard, and have marketed it and demonstrated its superior solution to many touch screen problems.

In just 2016, to date, they now have already announced 19 NEW Design wins with 5 customers and with a total of 23 design wins overall, with more expected to be announced throughout this calendar year.

UNXL has been producing revenues, based, so far, on the 4 legacy products they acquired from atml in 2015. None of the new design wins have factored into their reported revenue growth.

That all starts now, in Q3, with a noticeable ramp to occur in Q4 and expand into 2017.

The company has raised captial, moslty, by selling shares, but has accomplished all of the above, and paid for it it full in the process. Still they only have about 50M shares if fully diluted. A very good use of the capital raised.

And they have a debt free balance sheet with over $11M in cash.

Their product, XTOUCH, is now being planned for tablets, 2-1s, laptops and stylus pen technology in 23 product designs, almost all of which are next generation products.

A rather productive year to say the least. NOW we look forward to reaping the rewards from all this work as well as watch UNXL further expand its product reach and gain market share.
