Is it the market or manipulators playing in the quiet period?

After the first six months of 2016 yielding of a flurry of new business opportunities, we should begin to see the fruits of their labors in the current quarter. (all per guidance)

While I'm not expecting big things from Q2, hopefully we get more guidance on all those new projects.

And, might they surprise?
