so what will it take to move this stock to the levels appropriate for what its future holds?

At some point they will need to go into the public markets and start buying, soaking up shares at these levels, leaving the shorts nowhere to go but cover at higher prices. That, coupled with news, should start that next wave of buying.

We know the company has done a good job of orchestrating the release of news of 16 new deals this calendar year, and the hint was quite clear that we can expect more. Now with this institutional capital raise done and the table set with cash, things look ripe for a move up, hopefully a violent one.

I look forward to see what exactly lights this fuse. It sure wouldn't hurt to start flaunting the names with whom they are working, or the exact products they are in, when the time is right.
