We thought they were going to need more working capital to begin manufacturing for the orders in place. We take a hair cut in the short run, but the company still has no debt to speak of. Including these shares, the outstanding shares will be about 56 million, not alot. The warrants were 12 million, this is now 5.35 million with a potential 800,000 more--seems to me that the company is doing the least amount of dilution possible in order to get things rolling. Not good for today, but with one or two big contracts we will be rolling. If they were doing this to keep the lights on, that would be very worrisome. They must spend money to deliver the goods as agreed and do not get paid until the finished product is delivered. I still see the back half of the year as promising as well as into next year and beyond. Buying opportunity?
