This is my understanding. Anyone please correct or add. When the company needed money last November several entities stepped in and purchased shares for, as I recall, 85 cents per share and were granted warrants at a cost of $1.50. I believe that about 12 million warrants were issued and as of March 31 there were approx. 9.6 million still outstanding. So roughly there are in the range of 48 to 50 million outstanding shares and warrants combined.
