I've seen other small companies make similar moves, strategically positioning top management when a big win is anticipated in the near term.

Should they get this to $40 again, I'm all for them making a nice profit as well, as long as they actually deliver the goods, as promised.

And it appears they will. All these positive PRs in the face of the settlement against prior management tells me they are on track, as they would not make that same mistake.

I like that double win yesterday.
