Agree. Had they taken their compensation in full, rather than partially in shares, and then bought shares, it would be essentially the same as insider buying.

They just did it in a differnt fashion. They took less cash and traded the difference in cash for shares.

The more they own, the better. It's bullish and the shorts are beginning to agree.
