Yes, they are not giving guidance going forward. In a nutshell, I believe they explained that they missed because they are at the mercy of the customer i.e. the customer can change their mind and not go forward with any one project. (There was a project that was nixed I believe and that customer is proposing something new now? Perhaps this made a difference?) With such few customers at this early stage, such a change can make a big difference. So once the customers and projects increase then any changes should show a minimal effect. This is my understanding.
