Embarassingly, I should know more about this investment than I do. Where did you hear/see that the outstanding share count is/was expected to remain under 30 million? Yes, it still is low. However, we began at around 12 million so in percentage terms, IF it does not go beyond 30 million would be 2.5 times more than they started with. Also not releasing the price and exact amount of shares leaves it open for the market to interpret and look at the stock price this morning.
