I am certainly no expert on this but 2 things about this is: 1. No time limit for it to end. 2. Unspecified # of shares Do not want to assume negative, but this to me says they just gave themselves the right to dilute to infinity. I keep thinking about the poor saps that bought into the first offering in the 30's. What are they feeling about now?
