I have no doubt that the shares today are Hudson Bay selling to get their money. The volume is just way too high for it to be anything else IMHO. It could not be the PR alone as it is just sending samples and not a definitive purchase order. At least the shareprice is up. Once a purchase order is announced then the price per share should go up.
