Iam, DABOSS or anyone plese clarify for me. Hudson Bay chose to "accelerate" the payment of $700K on 9-1 which was due on 9-1. So how do you accelerate a payment if it is paid on the due date?

Next--the company "issued" 1,854,243 shares as payment for the 9-1 installment. So we have a low float but this is a dilution by this amount? If Hudson Bay chooses to dump them on the open market then the stock will most likely take a hit or they could choose to wait for some good news and have the value of the shares appreciate?

I like the news of the new OEM--seems like Jeff et al are out there trying their best and I especially like the transparency the company is showing, unlike some others.
