This note gets retired in February. The dilution is not an issue if they announce a purchase order from any one of those major OEMs they have PR'd recently, not to mention achieving any of their technical goals for cost cutting measures. It also is not an issue because having under 20K shares outstanding is extremely low, as compared to most companies.
