I am totally confused on some stuff going on here.

1. That vote they felt so important to call us at home to get was for another public offering, is that correct? If so, then this latest filing said they paid someone 12+mil. way back in April to do it. Who did they pay it to and why did they need a vote on it if they already paid the money to do it? They kept saying they had enough cash, why do they need this public offering?

2. They have all kinds of material changes that have taken place but no mention of it. They have current rev. from their Atmel purchase , customers etc. but no mention of it in any news releases.

3. This group of people they have assembled are no doubt great in the engineering and mfg. fields. but just seems to me they are working for someone else's benefit , certainly not the shareholders. The assets have to be worth more than 2.33 per share.

I bought more at 3, it goes down to 2.50, if i buy more here, it will go down to 2. If i buy at 2, it will go down to 1.50.

Does anyone see a bottom above ZERO here?
