Yes, it looks like they needed people to vote. I always vote for the recommendations. I figure it's in the best interest of the shareholders to do this, whether I like the management or not. Whether I like the situation or not. When one questions the management of a company, I guess at that point each needs to make a decision -whether to hold or sell.
