I admit I haven't been happy with the whole unfolding of the Kodak events. But perhaps at the stage the company was in and where it was headed, the Atmel deal was the best course of action. And I haven 't voted yet. I'm still "all in" so if the vote is tight then I will vote "For" as recommended. Good luck to all. Perhaps a pps increase along with the next pr. Iam
