I think it highly unlikely that anyone would want to kill this deal. However, they do have the cash reserves to make it happen anyway, but then they would have cash flow issues. And the deal generates OVER $10 mil over the next 6 months with the promise of 20%+ margins and a profitable format in early 2016.
The dilution has brought the outstanding share count to about 14 million from about 13 million. It could go slightly higher, but the share count is so low I don't think it is much of a negative.
