I see the acquisition as strategic in that UNXL purchased discounted assets thay they see will perform, due to the advancements UNXL brings to the table via KODAK science and technology.

The fact that the company chooses to respond now, even though there is a conference call already scheduled on May 12th, further indicates this is a key addition, adding value to the investment.
