I think the initial market reaction to the news of the atml takeover will prove to be the right one, given the details that continue emerging. Together with that news, we also got a revenue confirmation for 2015 and a 2016 target for profitability. That all means lots of good news in the months ahead.

What happened was another bogus short attack that gets traction as news and uninformed investors panic.

The stock can move both ways, with volume, due to the small float. The atml news came as a complete surprise. The fact that they are already in an expansion mindset with INTOUCH getting ready to have its debut shows some very forward thinking on the part of managment. That's big time bullish, imo.

Had they announced plans for a China plant, that would be over a year out to see results. The atml plant is functional now and they secured it for a mere $450K.

Some credible public source needs to make this point. Management needs to manage this news cycle better.
