Certainly an unexpected development. They now have a new manufacturing plant without the issues of a new build out, perhaps only some tweeking to get it completely touchless.

To be able to target different product categories with more options at lower costs should serve them well. And a two year IP exclusive together with the engineering talent coming over add value to shareholders positions.

And this isn't the news we were awaiting but the revenue generation statement for 2015 and profitability guidance for '16 certainly are reassuring that purchase orders are moving forward.

And still a tiny float and outstanding share total. This is primed for a big move up.
